Customize Position of Conditional Formatting Alert Legends

Presently, the legend for conditional formatting alerts on reports can only either be placed at the bottom of a table, or switched off altogether. It would be great to have the ability to have the legend displayed at the top of a report, or even be able to break it off completely and us it as a separate canvas element. This would be especially useful on tables with a large number of rows.
