Duplicate entries in table person
Completed
We use yellowfin with BMC ARS. New users are automatically synced, but now new users in yellowfing get ipid's that are already existing.
I would like to know, how yellowfin generates the new ipid for a new person.
There should be a num generator or something similar.

Hi Yamini,
I found the resolution by myself.
On databse level is a sequence defined which was set to the wrong value.
I suppose it happened because we migrated the database .
I did set the right value into the sequence and now new users get an id which is not already in use.
Thanks for your efforts.
Kind regards
Rainer Volkmer
