Easiest way to replace logo everywhere

Hello!

I have a customer that has updated their logo and would like their logo updated in their reporting

I tried renaming the old image version with a "1" at the end, and uploading the new logo to match what the old one was. But, the dashboards still have the old logo

Is there a faster way to replace the logo that isn't manually replacing the image within every dashboard?

Thank you for your patience. There is a way to replace an image globally without manually updating each dashboard. You can use the Image Manager to replace the old image with a new one, which will update the image wherever it appears across dashboards, stories, presentations, or any other content. Here are the steps:

  1. Click on the Images button on the left side of the screen.
  2. The panel will expand to display a list of searchable images.
  3. Click on the Image Manager button on the right.
  4. Scroll through to locate the image you wish to globally update and hover your mouse over the image.
  5. Click on the blue circle in the top right corner of the image.
  6. This will bring up the Image Upload popup, where you can drag and drop files, paste an image file from the clipboard, or upload a file from your computer.

This process will replace the old image with the new one wherever it appears.
