Default Footer Font stuck

Hello
We are having issues with the custom Footer - no matter what we do it seems to be stuck on the default YF font. We have tried to change it several times, but YF doesn't register the change and renders the report as a PDF with the default YF font.
I think its Libre Franklin, but we are wanting to use our font which is Helvetica, or even one of the other in built fonts that is closure looking to Helvetica.
I think this might be a small bug in YF

In response to your inquiry, I would like to inform you that I have tested the issue in version 9.16, and it appears that the footer settings function correctly after exporting to PDF. Could you please confirm whether the following setting is configured on your end? Navigate to content settings --> Report settings --> Header & Footer
Please apply the settings here and check if this resolves the issue.

Thank you for your quick response - yes we have changed these settings and we have tried to change it via the administration menu default settings as well. It still renders as the wrong font, it renders with the correct colour and size, just not the font.
It must just be a glitch in our YF

Good morning to honest, I am not sure how helpful it will be as all our settings are correct, and I am pretty sure it is a bit of a glitch in our YF. We also are not able to share our screen or any internal information with you/anyone who is external of our company.
We do have a meeting with a YF rep and technical support person set up for a later date, so maybe we will bring it up then.
