Hi Support,


I hope you are doing well.


When you specify the ChatGPT/OpenAI account in Yellowfin,

how does it work in a single-instance, multi-client org architecture?

Does each client org have to specify its own AI account,

or does it use a single account from the default org?

Is there a setting to configure this per client org?

My question is regarding client organizations. Do we have to use a single OpenAI account for all client organizations, or can we configure a separate account for each client organization. How do we configure openAI NLQ for each client organization.

Hello Matildah,

Thank you for your patience, A system wide, per client org, config item as a master switch for AI features - including sub-features. This might also include a disclaimer and acceptance of terms and conditions. So it can be on or off for the entire system or on or off for individual clients.

Thank you for your patience. We have an update from the Dev team. In version 9.15, the connection to the AI model is applied system-wide. Starting from version 9.16, users will have the ability to define distinct connections for each client organization. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
