Save To Disk Schedule option is not available

Hello,

We have followed the directions in https://wiki.yellowfinbi.com/display/yfcurrent/Save+to+Disk+Schedule, and the Save to Disk Schedule option will not display on the Broadcast menu. We have numerous reports we have tried. We have the setting configured in the Admin/Configuration section to save to /tmp. We have the option enabled on the proper roles. We are using version 9.14.0.1 in a Docker container. Is there something specific about the location or the fact that it's running in Docker that might cause this option to not show up? Is there anything else we need to look for?

I have checked the box for the current System Admin role and then logged out and logged back in. I am running Yellowfin in a Docker container, and I can see the option 'Save to Disk Schedule:

  • Could you please confirm if you have saved the Role settings after adding the role:

Hello,

#1 and #2, I have done this numerous time. I've verified that box is checked on the role that I'm. I even checked that box for ALL the roles, logged out and then back in, and it's still not there. There are no errors in the console, or in the Docker logs for the container. These are the only options in the dropdown:

Could you please confirm if you have MULTICAST enabled on your license?
Please share the info.jsp or a screenshot from the License management:

It looks like we need Multicast license to use the 'Save to Disk Schedule'

Here is a screenshot. Does this mean we do or do not have a multicast license? If we don't, what do we need to do to get one?

Unfortunately, Multicast is not enabled in your current license.

Hello,

I have been discussing this issue with our CSM. The problem is the license we have does not allow us to see/use this option. Even though the documentation does not indicate there are special conditions to allow this feature to be used, apparently that is the case. We are working with the CSM to get this feature enabled. We do not expect to charged to use such a simple feature as saving a report when it is executed.
