Hello,


BMC has created a ticket on our behalf that we have not received any communication for a while and I was wondering whether you can provide any information.

Access Filter is not refreshing with new values after refreshing manually or with schedule.


Kindly let me know whether you can provide any updates around that case.

Hi Chris,

It looks like this case was closed on the BMC side as they didn't hear back from yourselves. I would certainly advise reopening it with them and they can then get it moving again with us. The last request on our side was for a copy of the Yellowfin configuration database and schemas for the data sources that exhibited the behaviour.
