Change the placement of the sort/ edit report menu

Hi,
I would like for the ability to change the placement of the sort/ edit Report menu so that the Report headers can be aligned flush to the right-hand side of the cell as an example. Currently, the Report menu can only be disabled globally via CSS, and it contributes to the padding of the cell with the Report header.
I like this idea
