Column summary default format

Hi, quick question - is there a setting in Administration > Content Settings to change the default format for column summary style?
I've had a dig around here and in the wiki for 7.4 and 9, so apologies if I've missed the explanation somewhere. In the above example, all (other) default font sizes are set to 10 so don't seem to also apply to this setting.

Thanks Simon for the quick response - so what I'm trying to achieve is changing the font size for that summary style across the client org - ie how to change the default settings which could then be adapted at the report/column level if required.
