Option to hide 'Active Row Limit' from users

We would like the option to hide the Active Row Limit within the report builder from certain user roles

Anyone that builds a report can limit the rows as long as they do not exceed the max rows returned - though, we do not want every user to be able to limit the active row limit to less than the admin has defined.

I have now raised this idea with the devs ! :)
