Ability to send text only emails

Hi,

We have a requirement where the emails need to be sent in text only (non html). The reason this is needed is due to the high security environment where the customer is operating and their security policies do not allow html based emails. If they send HTML email they will be blocked by the email server.

Is this something that could be implemented?
