Report Summaries to reflect brushing selection

When using Brushing to select a date range and you choose Keep, the report summary is not updated.
We would like the Report Summaries to reflect what is selected with the brushing.
NOTE: This works with Filters.
I like this idea 
We have a workaround with this, and that is by using the Series Selection Style > Top Panel, this gives us the Report Summaries look, we then enable the Date Slider, of which this will then sync together.
