Filter Settings button not visible and Analytic Setup has no content on Dashboard - YF 7.4

I was able to create a Dashboard tab in the past with filters shown for one report being linked to others in sub tabs but this no longer works. When I create a new Dashboard Tab, there is no Filter Settings button.

Additionally, if I click on the Analytic Setup button, no properties appear.

Finally, in the Dashboard Tab that I previously set up, the Filter Settings button is available but if I click on the Analytic Setup button, no properties appear for linking the filtering.

d2541637b71167b4e6b4ac8c957118ce When running the reports on this older tab, the previously created filter links still work.

The only thing that changed with our system was that the licence expired and was then renewed.

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled for these features to work again?
