Default Email & Distribution Security Setting

We would like the option to be able to set the default Email & Distribution Security Setting for either of the 3 options available:
All Users | Unsecure | Validated Users
We ask this as setting them up individually when saving each report can be tedious.

Thanks for reaching out with your idea. I can definitely see how this can be tedious and this setting could fit nicely in Configuration > Email > General Settings I'd think. I've gone ahead and submitted an enhancement request for this.
