Yellowfin supports Internet Explorer version 8 and above. There are no known Yellowfin issues to do with reports and dashboards not loading, however, there is a known Internet Explorer issue within the I.T. crowd which is that Internet Explorer is the worst of the browsers at handling large amounts of data. Always test different browsers to help rule out IE performance issues. We recommend Chrome or FireFox for the best browser experience.
You could try changing the method of loading dashboard reports from concurrent to sequential via the Admin Console > Content Settings > Dashboard Settings > Loading Settings (although there are no guarantees this will help, but it’s always worth a try):
