Charts not appearing

Hi,

I've just done a new install of the most recent YF build:

Application Details
Current Schema Version: 20111012
Original Code Version: 20111118
Current Code Version: 20111118
Build Type: FULLVERSION

I'm having an issue where reports being imported are randomly displaying or not. When they do not display they show a small dot, as per the image.
Charts not appearing

I have checked both catalina.out and yellowfin.log - neither are showing anything different when the chart does not display.

I have found that if I edit the report and click my way through the wizard I can get the chart to display, sometimes.

What can I do to find out why these charts are behaving in this way.

If I export to doc then I can see that the report is producing the chart even if it doesn't display it:

Hi Brendon,

This may be related to 'Active Charts' which is dependent upon HTML 5.

Which browser are you using?
Can you try using a different browser or turning off active charts?

Active charts can be turned on/off via Administration > Configuration > Report Styles > Charts

That seems to be what the issue is/was.

I'm using IE9 although it seems to have the same issue in Chrome.

Glad it's working.
We will make some changes to the code so hopefully the browsers can handle this correctly in the next build.
