Hi Moncho,

Thanks for reaching out to support with your question.

In order to send broadcasts in Yellowfin, you do need to configure an outgoing email server, this can be found in the configuration section of the Admin Console -


56e85d45b04e0ba769522c52fc60604b

You will also want to define a broadcast name and email address, this populates the "From" address in the sent email:88ecad6c6ade7bae18e7b091c54b70f5

Just as a suggestion, I think it would be cool if YF incorporates a messaging system where you get notifications and broadcasts in your YF.
