Ability to edit stories using Internet Explorer

Hi,


We are unable to edit stories using Internet Explorer (IE 11), editing does work though in Chrome and Edge. Unfortunately not all users have access to an alternative browser with IE being the organisational default browser.

We have just updated to 8.0.1 hoping this would resolve the issue but unforunately not. Are there plans to enable editing in IE 11?

Hi Damien,

Thanks for reaching out. If you reference our Wiki entry on Stories, you can see that it is mentioned that this feature cannot be used with Internet Explorer. I should note though that it works with Microsoft Edge. There are currently no plans to implement usage of this feature with Internet Explorer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
