BMC - Data Source Permission Issue

Hi,

I have created a role whose permission for DATASOURCE is set to RUD only. When I assign this role to a user I still get the add button to add(Create) Data Source, which should not happen given the permission only for RUD. For your reference, I am attaching the Screenshot for the same. Kindly help.

Hi Nikhilesh,

Thanks for reaching out. Your screenshots don't show the Create window. Do you see Data Source when you click on Create?

Your screenshot just shows a data source from your Data Sources list in the Admin Console, which I'd expect to see for a user that has Update access to Data Sources, but no shot of the Create screen.
