spacing between Sections in PDF export is inconsistent

I would like to point out the extra white-space between the first two sections (in the below image). This seems to appear only once per page; however is not necessarily on every page. That's not critical, but it would be nice if that was cleaned-up.

Hi Jason,
I have been able to replicate this issue over here, so have raised a product defect to get it fixed.
Because of the nature of this issue I could only give it a low priority, so that means it won't be fixed in the near future, but some day it will.
