We've encountered a need for a scroll bar in the "Search Filter Values" pop-up window.
Is it possible to add a scrollbar in there ?

I've received an update regarding this. It has been marked as "Won't Do" along with the following comment:
"This situation is handled in the filter picker by displaying a tooltip with the full value when hovering over a value that is too long."
Sorry there's not better news on this, but hopefully this is a workable situation for you.
