I am trying to get a report that covers a specific date range to include the date range in the header of the report on each page?

at the moment this is not possible, however, an enhancement request has been raised for it (YFN-412) so that one day it will be possible.

Thanks Dave. It does seem a glaring omission for a report not to include the dates the report refers to so hopefully the "enhancement" is not too far away.

yes, in fact you're not the first to make such a request, so that should go in the request's favour as the product team probably take note of a request's popularity (I've added a link in the enhancement request to your ticket).
