Can we add User Groups to Client Orgs?

If I have a Role and/or User Group for all my internal staff and I want them to be able to access every client org, can I just add the whole group instead of having to manage every individual staff member?

At this point in time you would need to use LDAP groups to be able to assign groups to client orgs.
