I dont think its clear form the Idea description what is the requirement.

The order of weekdays is easy to achieve, but forcing Monday or Sunday to appear first when the query first record is Wednesday, is something that can't be done now, unless you use a ref code table.

So, the requirement is to have the first week day to appear first, regardless of the first record day.
