Role based user group update after CSV user import

Hello,

We did a consumer & collaborator user import and after they were added to the system, they were not added to the user group that has "consumer & collaborator include" rule in it.

Is there something that needs to be done on our end for it to automatically refresh the list after adding users?

Other than that, is there some kind of scheduled process that would update the group user list?

Application Version:	9.7.2
java.version:	11.0.13
os.name:	Windows Server 2019
os.arch:	amd64
os.version:	10.0

Hi Siim,

Thanks for reaching out to support with your issue.

What would be the steps for replication here? EG

1. create group with child group as a member

2. Create content assigned to parent group

3. Import user via csv assigned to child group

4. Login as user, can't access content

If I can replicate i should be able to get something to devs.
