How to change the format of the "Total" in CrossTab reports

I like the fact that it displays the word "Total" on crosstab report totals (this is something that would be nice on non-crosstab reports as well!). However, is it possible to format that box or change the font? See below for example

Thanks for reaching out.

We may use the Report Formatting --> Column and Row Heading to modify total along with other headings: /642157393806a09ee772793f42be62c3


It would be something like:

/f6ebd2f4b2864ccd389fea98a101f889
