Not able to import the report xml
while doing the Import , it not working and getting below error,
Server Error
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Unfortunately Yellowfin 7.3 has been out of support for quite some time so we are unable to support you on this.
I will however say that the errors you should be looking at the error, it seems to be related to the connection to the app server itself. E.g. maybe something is taking too long and the proxy/IIS/load balancer is killing the process.
If you were to move to a supported release v8 or later then send through a request from your registered business account we could assist further.
Hopefully the above info provides enough info to solve.

But not seeing any issue in network/Proxy/IIS/Load balancer, but it is failing immediately while doing the report Import/ only View Import.
Any other way to solve this issue by updating the tomcat version/ Java version?
