How can I delete duplicate reports, folder and dashboards quickly

Hi,
We accidently imported the dashboards and its associated components (reports, folders, views) instead of replacing existing. What is the best way to undo this operation or delete the ones which have been added? Something like a delete query on the database? Deleting from front end will be a longer task.
