Be able to append/prepend characters to the values added in union subqueries for crosstab reports

When adding a row metric to a crosstab report, it would be useful if the associated union subquery had its own formatting options, so that characters such as percentage signs % could be added to those values. This is in addition to the existing capability to conditionally format those values.
