Google Maps Not Loading

Hi,


We upgraded our Yellowfin to version: 20161024


After the upgrade a previously working report now shows the following message when loading the map portion:


Sorry! Something went wrong.This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.


Can you please assist in fixing this issue?

Hi Kenny,


This looks like a known issue that came about when Google changes its API policy several months ago. We've got a write-up that should explain and take care of things. If you could give it a look, try the fix, and let us know if things work out for you that would be great. Thanks in advance!

We already had a key in that field, but I generated a new one, and it fixed the issue!
