Error exporting data: java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi YF,
We are getting an error in yellowin.log file when we make administration call to yellowfin attached is the screen shot of the same, and below are details, can you please guide us on how resolve the issue.
Database Type: Oracle
Version: 7.0

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with Yellowfin.
Does the command complete (and this is only left in the logs)?
Have you restart the Yellowfin Service recently?

yes the log error ends there i.e. as in the screen shot attached above, yes have restarted the YF service recently.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Unfortunately, the NullPointerException error is a very generic one and isn't much help.
Can you give me the exact steps you are doing so I can try to replicate this issue?
Also, please attach the output of http://[server name]:[port]/info.jsp
