YF 9 Scatter Plot Color does not work

Hi, I was trying to create a report that contains a scatter plot in YF9 and I realized that color functionality does not work as expected. It only shows blue colors.

Same color field shows correct colors in Auto Chart, but it does not work with Scatter Plot.

Please see two attachments. 1: Working colors with Auto Chart. 2. Same fields do not work in Scatter Plot.

Hi Vefa,

Thanks for reaching out with this issue.

In attempting to replicate this behavior I am unable to get the scatter chart type to ignore the color changes made.

I would like to verify what build of version 9 Yellowfin this is. It may be that this was an issue previously fixed in a newer release. Would it also be possible to provide more detailed screenshots of the reports composition including the configuration of the 'Series Settings':

Application Version:9.1.0
Build:20200226
Java Version:1.8.0_231
Operating System:Windows 10 10.0 (amd64)


I was able to replicate the issue in the skiteam data set:

I apologize for the delay in my response regarding this.

The build I was able to change the color is 20200310:

Would it be possible for you to upgrade this environment to the latest version of 9.1 and test this?
