Hi Daniel,

I actually do see some recent updates from the dev team in this task. It seems this is being worked on. I've reached out to request the anticipated fix version as that detail is not currently available in the task. I'll update again just as soon as I find out.

Hi Daniel,

The ID is YFN-8450. I have an update from the dev team as well: this will be making it into 7.4.12, as it missed cut-off for 7.4.11. In terms of the BMC-specific build, this isn't listed in the agreed tasks for BMC's next build, so accordingly, we're looking at a BMC build after November and 7.4.12. Basically, once it's fixed we can push it into whatever is the latest BMC build. I can ensure you this will be reviewed further by the dev team and you can expect another update in the next month or so.

Regards,

Mike

Hello Eric,

Hi Diwanshu,

Thanks for your response. It looks to me like the header and footer are exporting to DOCX, but that the header isn't in the right place (or at least the main content isn't in the right place in relation to the header.

PDF:

/ec93d8463409505ea277adbe74cb7297

/f9d96e7844b2a20556da4d1b03fc03f1

DOCX:

/3eaefdbcced41621a1aefe90a19a4359

/7a08dbb840870a6906470ce06a019c09

The footer looks fine on both pages in the DOCX. Considering this, the initial defect is technically resolved, as the header and footer are exporting. The issue seems to be now that the header is exporting incorrectly, which I can see we already have a defect for, so I'm going to set this back to Defect Logged and use this ticket to track that instead. I've also requested an update in this task. I'll keep you posted.

Mike
