Change View of a report

How do you change the view of an existing report? The previous questions did not have complete answers to this. I created a report and want to use the same formatting and fields - just different data. It shouldn't be hard to change the view. But I'm not able to figure this out.

Thanks for reaching out. The way you would accomplish this would be to export the report, then perform a Custom Import, and when you drag in the report in question, click the gear icon:
Select/change your View from the drop down list:
'X' out of that Window and finish the import and you'll now have a copy of your report linked to a different View.
